How many calories women on

I'm 5'2" and 228 lbs (45 lbs lost so far). I'm on a 1,350 calorie a day diet. On the advice of my weight loss physician I don't eat back my exercise calories. I'm not a workout warrior though ......I ride my exercise bike about 12 miles a day. I'm losing a little over 2 lbs per week now, which is right on target. I meet with my Dr. every 6 weeks so this plan will change as I get out of the morbidity obese range and start exercising more.6

I'm 5'4", 126 lbs and just maintaining my weight. I'm at about 1600 to 1700 calories a day if I'm sedentary. On days I train, I get 200 to 700 extra calories and I do train most days of the week. I find it very easy to stay within these limits, especially when I focus on filling up on vegetables and lean meat (which is admittedly hard for someone like me who loves salty snacks and beer
). When I was trying to lose weight, MFP also put me on a 1200 calorie a day limit and it was nearly impossible for me to maintain, it was so restrictive.

MFP starts me at 1200 and I adjust to that within a few weeks, but I usually purposefully go ahead and eat around 1350 because otherwise I'm too hungry.0

I'm 5'5", 170ish, and maintain at 2200-2300 a day. I am set to 1560 calories per day for a 1 lb loss, and usually average 200-400 a day in exercise.0

Looking at everyone’s calories mine is very high. I’m at 1860. I exercise 6 days a week for 30 minute minimum and I don’t eat my workout calories.0

I'm 5'5" and 174 lbs. I eat 1600 calories a day, (I saw a dietitian who based my calorie goal off my height, weight and the levels I workout 6 days a week). Since seeing her I lose 2 lbs a week if I keep up with my exercise. When I hurt myself and couldn't work out (and still ate 1600/day) I maintained. I'm really happy with the goal and not hungry if I plan my meals and keep them balanced. I use a food scale and measure my food but I usually prep my meals so it's no trouble! My weight goal is 135-145lbs0

I have MFP set to the minimum at 1200 calories at sedentary but my FitBit is synced and I eat my adjustment. Doing it this way helps me be more active because I like seeing my calories available go up - it makes me feel like I’m winning something. That may seem silly to some people.
It doesn't seem silly to me as I do the exact thing, even though I average over 20,000 steps a day.
I'm 4'11, around 95 pounds and maintain on roughly 2300 calories a day.3 -
