  • I highly recommend that you try coconut sugar! :) Obviously it would be best if you didn't add any sugar to your tea, but until you can wean yourself off it, coconut sugar would be a great substitute!

  • Totally recommend protein powder. 2-3 protein shakes with 1 - 2 cups of whole milk, and a scoop or two of powder. If you like any nut butters, stick a couple spoons in each shake and drink it up! Eat big meals every 2-3 hours. Increase your portions. Don't forget to skip on the weights otherwise you won't gain good mass! ;)
  • Nothing... if its grass-fed and organic! LOL! Otherwise, it can be stuffed full of corn and antibiotics. But relating to nutrition, there really isn't anything wrong with beef!
  • I have heard great things about Focus T25, but have yet to try it. I absolutely love PIYO! Its a great, low-impact workout that only requires a yoga mat. If you search online, you can download PIYO for free too!
