I like to purchase items from their bulk bins. The spices are the cheapest that I have seen anywhere. They also offer a some good sales on Fridays (I believe). Check their ads. Their pizza at their bar is also great and very inexpensive for 2 whole pies.

I have a Blendtec and use it to grind chicken breasts for tacos, make hummus, baba ganoush, nut butters, almond milk, grind whole wheat, make pancakes, smoothies, quick ice creams. What recipes would you be interested in? I'll be happy to share recipes.
