Same here looking for 10-15 pounds. Trying to lower my body fat percentage and add or at least maintain muscle.

IMO works best limiting to 6-7 hours per day like from 1:00pm till 8:00pm.

My son is type 1. You do not need to get blood from fingers. Modern glucose meters can get small droplets from the tops of arms or even legs. Much less painful.
