Come to Crossfit Rock Hill on Tuesday night at 5:30pm. I coach a class and it is free for first timers. It is called Cardio HIIT and the vast majority of our workouts use no equipment. Appreciate all the info! What I do is certainly a modified version of IF. Between 7:00-8:00pm and 1:00pm the next day I take in around 170 calories for the reason given. Lots of water and maybe a salad that low carb - lettece, spinach, carrots, etc with little to no dressing to tie you over till bed.
