Hi everyone. I've been using fitness pal on and off for quite a long time but this year i have been really focussing on what I am eating. My goal is to lose the weight I gained having children. I have about 4kg to go but they seen to be the hardest.

I remember when my children were babies. The tiredness never ends. Something that helps move forward everyday is remember that it only takes 5 minutes to get a start. Find a five minute window and do something to get your heart rate up from stationary. You always feel better afterwards and every little bit helps.
