I've been losing weight for a few months I've lost around 15 pounds but I had a baby a 14 weeks ago, I've been weight training since the end of January I think and not seen a change in weight proper for around 4 weeks. I'm 4 foot 11 and 127 pounds right now

I've just had my second baby 10 weeks ago and I've got about a good stone to lose in weight. I was gonna wait before I started but now it might be a good idea to just do it now. Is having enough protein important?

It is fat from having a baby 7 weeks ago. I just thought eating lots of sugar and not having much protein and fibre will stop me losing the last bit of belly fat. I've done my body fat percentage and it says I'm obsese so I really want to get a low body fat so I can see my stomach muscles.

I tried it and made it till now and I've got headache and feel sick, so maybe it is not so good. I just want to feel more in control of my eating and not eat lots of food. If I eat around 1700 calories a day and do a hour of exercise bike a day. Will this help me with slowing down weight gain? Thanks

im finding it pretty eat fasting 3 days a week so i think il be ok with 4. il be eating around 1600 calories having lean meats and vegetables, with some junk foods.

well ive been eating around 700-800 calories 3 days a week and eating about 1600 calories for the rest of the days, which so far ive lost 4 pounds and im nearly at the end of the third week and i havent lost any weight. so thats why i was thinking about going down to 500 but i dont think i can cope with so little calorie.

ok also ive read that you can eat a quarter of your tdee, my tdee is 2400 so does that mean i can eat 600?

Yea 500 is but I can't stick to that it's stop hard for me. I'm 10 stone 3 and 4 foot 11. How much roughly should I lose a week with following that plan

because when i was pregnant i use to eat loads because i was hungry and now im left overweight. it is big on my frame, but i think your right maybe im eating more than i think because i dont weigh my food or anything. i just try and make rough estimates.

ive just googled a tdee calculater and its saying with exercising6/7 days a week my tdee is 2507. so do i eat 1500 to lose 2 pounds a week? i dont understand it. i prob burn around 650 calories in exercise a day.

does it matter with all the exercising though, because ive read on the internet if u dont eat back your calories u wont lose weight and your body will go into starvation mode.

no just sticking to 1500 calories, i just dont understand how much i should be eating but im obsessed with exercising and then i struggle to east more than 1500
