I didnt have a csection and im not breastfeeding. I dont see my doctor will 6 weeks postpartum. I just want to get back to my clothes as soon as possible, so im thinking of trying to make a 2 pound calorie defict a week.
-
Okay thank you 😀

I got it off the scooby calculator, Maybe my tdee is not correct then im not sure. Ive always done 2 hours of exercise before i was pregnant.

Thanks for all your replies, i am pregnant and was just gonna eat the recommended extra calories a day, i was just wondering how to not pile the weight on.
-
I know what you saying... maybe I could cut back a bit.
-
I just feel like I eat too much food
-
How much of a defict a day do you think?
-
Thanks for your reply :) I just follow my own routine really and just watch videos and copy. Could I still get good glutes whilst dieting then?

I'm done having children, I've got one of each so that's enough for me. I don't think I'd ever let myself get that big again I just know it's not a nice place to be and it terrifies me to lose control and get that way again. After losing weight before I had children I was around 112 pounds and my tummy had loose skin but…

I also had a breast lift with implants back in December so they weigh nearly 2 pounds.

I just feel though that I'm only young once and I have all my family telling me if I lose any more weight I will look too thin and I will look ill. It's really annoying though, because I might look slim in clothes but underneath there's still some fat on my tummy to lose, they don't see it that way there.

Well I gained the weight pretty quickly, I just would eat and eat just to make myself feel better and then I lost most of it in 18 months, I was around 19 when I gained weight and time I was 21-22 I just had enough and decided to change. I have had two children and there actually 3 and 17 months right now.

Thanks for all your messages. Maybe I should keep losing and see what happens with the skin. I just hope one day I can wear a bikini and look good :)

I've been lifting weights now for over 15 months and I can see a lot of improvement in my legs and arms and back which I'm happy about. I've been around this weight since November I think.

I've been lifting weights 6x a week, but I've not been really sticking to a diet that much until the last 2 weeks or so, I just feel like there's no point anymore with diet and maybe I should just do a body recomp what you said or have a tummy tuck, it's just annoying I want a flat tummy like everyone else.
-
No but I will do.
-
I want lose around 7 pounds, but also lose fat and build muscle
-
Does it pass eventually? It's just making it harder for me to lose weight really.
-
Thank you for all your replies :)
-
Would I still lose half a pound a week though on so many calories? It just seems a lot. Thank you
-
So I might aswell eat more than 1400 calories a day then? If I have the calories left to still lose 0.5 pounds a week? Thank you
-
I'm 27 and I'm a full time mum to a 1 year old and 3 year old, I want to start doing hiit for 30 minutes 4x a week and lift weights 6x a week for around a hour maybe.
-
will I lose the fat off my tummy by doing this and will this get me the lean look what I'm looking for eventually? Thanks :)
-
Also I lift weights and do lots of cardio. Would you suggest uping the calories and eating better and stop the dieting?
-
I'm 26 and Ive got a 10 month old baby and a 2 year old. I lost the 6 and a half stone before my two pregnancies
-

I've had two children, the last one was 10 months ago and also I've lost 6 and a half stone before having children! Some of my stomach is loose skin, but I think there's a fair bit of fat still there. I just hope I don't have to have a tummy tuck
-
This is the way my stomach is right now.

Thank you for all your replies :) Would you guys suggest dropping the 4.3 diet and start eating around 1600 calories a day, having more protein and eating better food and still doing weights and doing cardio for a good hour a day. I'm just really worried if I eat 1600 calories a day I won't lose weight. I find it so hard…
