When I put my tdee into a calculater like scoobys it says I burn 2204 a day. But I'm not not losing weight I'm eating 1800 calories a day and eating 750 calories 2 x a week. I'm 4 foot 11 and 110 pound and I'm 27. I lift heavy weights for a hour a day and do hiit 4x a week and 1 hour of bike everyday. I really want a lean stomach and lose 10 pounds but I feel like it's never gonna happen.

The thread below is dated three weeks ago and if you have gone through 1 menstrual cycle (4+ weeks) and you are not losing weight, then the calorie intake you are on is too much or you are underestimating your calorie intake or both. Basically no loss = maintaining weight.

Did you by chance look into getting a weight trending app? You have such a small amount of weight to lose so its going to be a slower process so a trending app could be a very beneficial tool.5 -
No but I will do.
