The whole you shouldn't eat after X time is *kitten*, unless you are a top tier bodybuilder than maybe. My advice would be to not worry about things that you can't control. Eat under maintenance and you will loss weight. By the way is that a pitbull?

You are 30 pounds lighter then you were so you did make a break through. The truth about dieting is that it is only a temporary thing and unless you are naturally skinny/lean/dieting all the time you are going to gain some weight back. Diet down to below were you want to be and when the weight creeps back diet again.

Walking while doing something you enjoy is fun, just find a park or track. Having your head in a book, your phone, ancient scroll or other object while crossing streets isn't the smartest move. Best regards.

If the different food are made similarly log them to the best of your ability and track that way. Weight lost will happen if your body burns more calories than it needs not if you log things in with in 1% of perfection. Best of luck.

If you are a beginner (have the ability to hit higher weights every time you hit the gym) you can loss fat and gain muscle. Do both like @rybo said it will help you out more.
