Steady state burns more calories but it also takes more time. Interval has a lot of variety but can be taxing on the body. I would say so both, but it depends on time, training and goals.

I mix in crystal lite packets, 10 calories and sweet.

Have you tried packaged salmon?

Welcome back.

Walking is great exercise.

You need to lose body fat, nothing else besides surgery/lasers will remove it.

If you want some peace of mind add in some cardio this week. If you can't take two days off your diet and see progress you might want to change up something.

I went to the doctor because I was getting intense pain in my stomach, back and chest. I was told everything from IBM, I am sleeping on the wrong side and my favorite anxiety. Turns out I had gallstones that were about 2cm big and my gallbladder needed to be removed.

Welcome aboard, you have about 19 weeks to hit your goal making it in the realm of possible. Best regards.

I feel similar to you, I find praise unappealing. Best regards.

Even if you cycled ever drug under the sun 2 lbs of muscle growth a week would be a tall order. People go on bulks all the time and for most people it end in a long *kitten* cut. Then people say they lost all their gains, not realizing how fat they got.

I go back in September, want to lose 15-30 lbs in the next couple of months. Best of luck.

It really depends on how much you are going to stick to your plan. A 500 calories or less is going to be much easier to deal with you have more room to make mistakes. The down side it will take longer to reach your goal. 600-1000 will be a bigger cut and you will have to find a way to stick it out through the hunger. The…

1-2 pounds a week is fine, walking is great. If you are losing on more calories why would you want to cut your calories down, it won't be as substitutable.

One of the few diaries I went through that looked good. Try adding in walking a few times a week that should help.

Welcome aboard enjoy the competition and best regards.

Black coffee, if not caffeine pills. Optimum nutrition has a good reputation and I would suggest sticking to a company that won't spike your pre-work out with who knows what.

You need to find other hobbies besides fitness, or how about cross training (bicycles). Life happens, you have to learn to just be sometime. Best regards.

Put your hand on them when you talk to them and move closer to them. If they reciprocate good, if the person repels out the window you have your answer.

I keep it open, the NSA would just check it anyway (jk)

The scale don't mean anything unless you are a weight class athlete. You most likely have to use the restroom and have some water retention.

You fell into the trap, you are never going to be happy with how you look. No one cares as much about how you look besides you. Not that making strides is a bad thing but you should find other mile stones to work towards. Best regards.

The first time I was 15 and about 220, I really wanted to ask a girl out so lost 70 pounds. This time I was laying down and notices my chin's chin was choking me.
