Greek Yogurt - Non fat plain - what to do with it?

For months and months all I know to add to greek yogurt is either:
chia seeds, flax milled, and/or blueberries.
I buy the tub of plain so I eat this often.
I guess I could buy strawberries next instead of blueberries.
Any other ideas?

I mix in protein powder or pb2. I used to cut up strawberries or throw in blueberries but I'd still have to mask the taste of the greek yogurt itself so doused it with sugar free chocolate syrup.0

I cut up some strawberries and add some cinnamon and a teaspoon of peanut butter, I love it!0
-
I put mine on top of omelettes (with hot sauce) or oatmeal for extra protein. Smoothies, tacos, tuna salad, egg salad.0
-
Also, I find that I enjoy eating 2% plain yogurt SO much better than nonfat.0

Frozen fruit - bananas, mangoes, strawberries, blueberries etc.0

Use it in place of sour cream. On tacos, with chips as a snack, whatever.0

It's really nice on boiled grapefruit, I also make a tzatziki sauce, very yummy0

Smoothies, sour cream substitute, mayo substitute,, it's great to make chicken salad, tuna salad, etc.0

Bake it into muffins!0

Peaches and granola0

Add a Mio or other water flavoring. I like adding extracts and a touch of Splenda, if I'm going for something a little off-beat like orange almond vanilla.0

Here is a thread I started about greek yogurt "pudding" recipes.
I often eat the chocolate greek yogurt with granola and fruit. I love the PB2&J one as well. You can also make a thick mango lassi (or thin it down into a drink).0 -
A drizzle of honey and a sprinkling of whatever crunchy cereal my son left at the bottom of the box.
I also use it as a sub for mayo or sour cream in almost everything...think tacos, coleslaw, casseroles, dips, sandwich spread, etc...0 -
Oatmeal squares!
Seriously, I'm beginning to have a problem with them. So good.0 -
I have a tub of the vanilla triple zero Greek yogurt. I accidently got it instead of plain. I've found its pretty good with cereal (I like raisin bran and Cheerios). I'm guessing you could add some vanilla extract and do the same. Also, using it in tuna salad and chicken salad and pasta salads and stuff like that is really good.0

Strawberry and brown sugar.0

+1 to the frozen fruit - pseudo-ice-cream-y. Besides what everyone's said above, I use it instead of mayo in deviled eggs, and occasionally use it to make cold summer soups with a vegetable puree plus maybe some veggie chunks besides. Examples: Broccoli & green onion, cucumber and dill with a little onion & garlic, roasted red pepper with onion & a little hot sauce, etc. Add salt to taste.0

I mix in pb2 and splenda and a few choc chips. Really good on its own or as a fruit dip.0

Anyway - stir a tablespoon of Nutella into plain Greek yogurt - it's amazing. Top with fresh berries if ya got 'em.

Sometimes I do banana, chia seeds, some vanilla extract and peanut butter. Or strawberries, banana, chia seeds and raw honey. Raspberries are good too and I do throw in spinach each time. I hate plain nonfat yogurt so the peanut butter or raw honey make it taste soon much better.0

Maple syrup, chopped nuts, toasted coconut, raspberries. One of my mfp friends mixes jam in hers so I keep meaning to try that.0

try salt and mint! mix with some milk to make a Lebanese drink which will surprise you0

Also, dry salad dressing packets. Hidden Valley (dry ranch seasoning) and Greek makes a nice dip.0 -
Google recipes with yogurt. You will have lots to choose from, or try low calorie recipes with yogurt.0

I use it daily as a base for smoothies. Greek fat free plain yogurt, some kind of liquid (usually 4oz apple juice) and whatever fruits/veggies your heart desires.0
-
Honey/Molasses drizzle and granola.0
-
I mix in crystal lite packets, 10 calories and sweet.0
-
I add a little honey to it for sweetness along with strawberries & granola.. yummy & filling!!0
