Nothing is going to make it worse than not doing it. If it is really bad find a good therapist, I wish when I was younger I wasn't so scared of asking for help.

@kae612, I think that as long as the inaccuracies are consistent it doesn't matter if it is accurate. Same thing with weighing food, if your weight goes in the direction you want things are working out. Best regards.

I think it is bad that you are asking for if it is bad that you don't want to step on a scale. Mirrors are better than scales anyway. Best of luck in your journey.

Do some type of cardio, even walking a few times a week. You will thank me in 40 years, plus you get to eat more which is awesome.

Unless you wake up in the middle of sleeping you are fasting 8 hours. Fasting isn't a problem if it was we as humans would of died out a long time ago.

No joke I like the mirror it don't tell you a arbitrary number that can go up or down from water consumption or bloating. If your gym has a old doctor scales those are the most accurate.
