Meal plans really work for me...As for cooking for 6, I wouldn't say go for one made up by these companies but foods you know you can easily cook from scratch and aren't perishable. For one thing it saves wondering what to make for dinner and if you have kids, this is what we are having for supper and no quibbles. Get them…

Yesterday I ate a massive bag of crisps, basically a whole dominoes pizza, dominoes dough balls, half a sharing chocolate bar, my normal lunch and I don't even know what else...I think its safe to say exam stress and PMS got the better of me...It'll all be ok...just getting back on track but man what a wake up call, I…

Sometimes when I am having a low moment, I up my calories for a week or two and allow myself to enjoy that time. Sometimes you just need to. Then remember your goals, how far you have come and why you want to be there. It worked for me when I was getting stressed :) feel free to add me :)

I saw changes after 2-3 weeks of being consistent, but the trick is being consistent! Ultimately MFP only estimates the calories you need to lose a certain amount of weight, with individual differences you may find this is still too high for you. It depends on your activity level and what you eat as well. You need to be…

You can be a great role model to your kids and set them off with a healthy lifestyle which they can carry on for the rest of their life...Check out some workouts and stuff you can do with your kids, let them see and join in with you, you can even get tiny mini dumbells and stuff for them to join in! I can control myself with just about any food with the exception of starbursts...I will without even realising it, eat a whole sharing bag by myself and then feel totally guilty but want more at the same time...I now only buy them when I have friends around and force feed them starbursts so I don't eat the whole bag

The personal trainer I work with said you need to be using both cardio and…

If you are only eating a small deficit be very careful to log every calorie you consume or burn...what about liquid calories...did you have a cup of tea with milk...add about 30 calories for that...if you have several of those and don't log them then your deficit is wiped out before you know it! If you want to lose weight…

Hi I'm Katrina and I have just started up on this challenge as I thought since I get stressed during exam time at university it would be a good way to keep a healthy mind and body and remind myself of the important things in life and because yoga has helped me relax in the past. Today I completed day 2 with 15 mins of yoga.

If you have a lot to lose and you have made some significantly good changes to your diet then it could very well be that you're body is going "ach well didn't need this anyway". It will probably slow down after a few more weeks but good job so far!
