Well I have logged in over 3500 days on a streak but today it’s showing as 1 day. I hope it’s a mistake that rectifies itself later.

Amazing, well done

Take it steady, 52 is no age to give up. You need to get fit to run around as your grand children get older, it's a nannys job

I'm struggling with this too, lost 4st and ideally want to be around 64k but more than happy to be a little lower! I exercise nearly every day, cardio and strength. I eat around 1100 cals a day although I have set MFP to 1460 ( worked out by a PT). I struggle to eat enough and yesterday only had 650! I think i know where…

Looks tough.. Didn't realise there were so many variations but I'm in!

I would like to join this.. I weigh 65.8kg and have been the same more or less since last August.. Would love to get to 63kg so that's about 5lb.

Click on recipes, then 'add ingredients manually'. It will allow you to add in the text and it will ask for serving size. It is a bit fiddly but I wrote in your ingredients and it sort of matched them. How many portions would you say it is?

Did you click onto Recipes first? Then add each of the ingredients and during the process you choose a serving size.

Just search for the food and it should find the calories for you. If it's not the correct portion then add the food, click to open the item and where it shows all of the nutrients you can change the quantity. You might need to change the measure eg, if it says 100 grams and you had 50, change it to 0.5 as the amount. Sorry…

You look amazing. What is the time between pics?

You know your own body and if you are not happy, and make sensible healthy choices, then you should go ahead and do that. Again keep track of your calories and nutrients, make sure you are eating a balanced diet. Cut white bread and drink lots of water. Good luck.

Amazing.. You have worked hard, keep it up.
-
Well done.. I like to think the weight that has gone is not 'lost' as I never want to find it again! When you lose it slowly you are more likely to keep it off.

I'm 10lb away from my goal.. Seeing changed in shape but not on the scales

Yay I now have the purple one!! Apparently was an 'over achiever' yesterday!!

My trainer sent me nutrition sheets and when I didn't like some of the foods gave me more ideas. Its about what suits you best. There are so many factors with how quick you can lose weight and get toned at the same time. It is hard to change eating habits and I look upon mine as a change of lifestyle and not a diet…

I have been on a plateau for 3 weeks! Changing my exercise routine will hopefully help!

My CW is 149lbs and I am 5'3. I would like to get to around 135lbs. I have not worked out body fat yet but do have a trainer so will ask. Getting fed up with being told I'm too thin, which is annoying as I am now a UK size 12, down from 18.

Feeling a bit annoyed as I have lost over two stone in 6 months through clean eating and good exercise yet just been told by a neighbour I'm too thin!! Hardly thin at 68k and 5'3".. Still only at the very top end of healthy body fat! Made to feel stupid and as if I need to justify my fat loss! Even though my family are…
