Cardio everyday since September 2020. I added resistance training since May of this year. The training has sculpt my body to something I've never imagined. Now it's an addiction.

This is 3rd time losing weight. Each time it was fairly easy because I do know the basics on how to lose weight. But this time I had to sit back and ask myself why do I keep gaining it back. I Stay around 1200 cal a day. I do cheat every other week. It will just be a meal rather than indulging all day. I started my journey in Sept. Of last year. Sw: 290 Cw:208 GW:180 or 160 not sure yet

I count my calories and walk at least 30 mins a day. I will note I write in a journal everyday to keep me focused and accountable. Thank

I do a 2 mile walk everyday which is about 30 to 35 min for Me. It also has to do with how much u weigh, the more u lose I would add a lil more cardio. Now that I'm getting closer to my goal I added in 30 mins of strength training with resistance bands. It's all about consistency taking the lil steps everyday to get to theβ¦

I stay around 1200 cal a day. I do have cheat days once every 2 weeks now that I'm smaller, before it was once a week. I eat more veggies than anything. alot of potatoes and staying hydrated
