  • Keep up the good work! Try a cup of water before each meal to help your body think it's full! It helped me lose 30 pounds of fat in about 50 days.
  • Based on past experience I've found the Fitbit products haven't really interacted well with mfp and because of that I've used the standalone Fitbit app. I've also had friends need to recreate their mfp accounts because the syncing with Fitbit seemed to corrupt their user account. I know this probably isn't the best answer…

  • Yes, I love my charge and it's much more accurate then the previous flex I had. I don't have the HR model but others that I know who have it say the battery life on it is terrible, 1-3 days. My normal charge usually holds the battery life for 7 days before needing to be plugged in again.
