  • Amen! One day at a time. Setting small goals helps with motivation. Having a large end goal is great too, but keep it in line with the small goals. Take it one step at a time, one hurdle at a time. Know you are going to have set backs. We all do! I do great during the week and have most of my set backs on the weekends.

  • I have days like that. Not as often now. I always have water with me and so far it has worked. Keep your chin up. This will pass.
  • You are so right Caoimhe. I "try" to only weigh myself once a week, but am not very successful. I finally did my measurements last week and have already seen them drop!
