I don't like any of the Quest bars' flavors and the amount of fiber really did a "number" on me. No thank you. I buy Pure Protein bars from Costco but I only have half with my afternoon coffee because I do think that they are too sweet for my taste. I don't use bars as a replacement meal either.

Seedless grapes (any color) and cherries. If they are on the kitchen counter they will disappear very fast so I always keep them in the fridge because I don't like them cold. I just take out what I will eat for desert or as a snack.

I don't log restaurant food in my diary unless the restaurant has the nutritional information available in their menu or on line. I do use the comment section in my food diary and I record there where and what I ate, just for my own information. I don't log much while on vacation and nothing at all if I go to somebody else…

Nope! I never took before pictures and I don't regret it. Probably because I only needed a little over 10lbs to lose but I always let the scale and my clothes guide my progress, and I still do. I don't take measurements too often either because I suck at it.

I don't like oats and they don't fill me up either. Too many wasted calories and carbs for me, specially when I "crash" mid morning. I also prefer egg or eggwhites and whole wheat toast or english muffin or a waffle with butter.

I only wear my gold wedding band all day long. After 50 years in my finger I am not removing it unless I go to the hospital or end up in the funeral home. I wear lifting gloves so the ring is not a problem.

I have mild diverticulosis too but I can't eat more than 25gr. of fiber a day for few days in a row. If I do, I never leave the house or the bathroom. Interesting how we are all affected differently by the same food group.

Sorry but you don't need to "arm" yourself to survive (I am talking about weapons) or embrace the latest technology either. I agree that education is key but weapons are not, unless you are in uniform. But to each his/her own. I never, ever purchased or carried a firearm and I am surviving just fine.
