I add bran flake cereal. About 5 to 8 grams makes the oatmeal thicker. I also use milk (FairLife higher in protein) instead of water. I don't use cinnamon in anything :s

@Keto_Vampire I think that I will try the MagTech Magnesium Complex. When I sleep better my HAs, are very mild, if I do get any, and the same with the migraines. I know that it is not cheap, but my health is worthy.

The above post is insightful and correct, but be aware that some vitamins color your urine bright yellow, so don't confuse it with de-hydration. I take Vit. B2 twice a day and within an hour my urine is very bright yellow, but I was warned by my doctor so I don't worry.
