Thanks guys, So its 10:32 am right now and so far I have eaten and drank 1287 Calories and through a 7K with weights and workout burned around 850-900 calories. So as I am aiming to lose around 1.1 kg a week I need around 4500 of weekly deficit, what should I do each day to achieve this?

Thanks Mark, so I had made a miscalculation yesterday, I actually burned 700 by running and workout and at around 1526 which was was not on purpose, just not hungry enough. So does a person actually burn other calories during the day to achieve a deficit? And malibu927, I am 18 years old, I might've accidentally pressed 7…

hi kalyn I run and exercise in the morning and burn around 1300 calories and even though my goal is to eat 1800 calories I end on around 1500, can you explain how I could achieve a deficit of more than 500-700 a day? and how does the calorie counter work on the homepage?
