Hi I'm new to this, so my issue is I'm finding it difficult to understand how the calorie calculator here works. I weigh around 90-95 kgs, heights around 180-183 and age is 17. Through running and exercise I burn around 1000-1400 calories a day and eat around 1500-1800 and I;m trying to lose around 5000 calories a week, so…
