  • I have 65 pounds to reach my target weight! Have worked out that if I lose 2 pounds a week this should be achievable by September. Mmmm, we'll have to see about that!! I'm on 209 lbs at the moment! Ugh! We can do it!!!!
  • If you're in the UK then the Hairy Dieters cookbook is great. Recipes are all calorie counted and dead easy to make. Just joined this group and looks fab!
