  • Mine are actually perkier since losing weight. Probably because they're not as heavy! LOL
  • I've lost 29 lbs since December, but my progress was VERY slow and steady. Time will pass anyway, don't worry too much if you don't make your goal by a certain date.
  • Sounds delicious! :) However, I would reccomend getting a food scale so that your logging is more accurate. Entries like "one handful of berries" is very subjective, meaning your "handful" could be twice the size of someone else's "handful."

  • All you need to lose weight is a calorie deficit. Eat fewer calories than you burn. You don't have to exercise to lose weight, although exercise is good to improve fitness. :)
  • When someone says, "Do you know how many calories are in that?" simply respond, "You have no idea how many calories I burn putting up with your BS." :)
  • I second that! I was very surprised to see how low cal grilled chicken breast is. It is delicious, high protein, and relatively low cal!
  • I also take Prozac. Also, just to clarify (since I am sure someone will be confused by this), "anorexia" is the medical term for loss of appetite. "Anorexia Nervosa" is an eating disorder. So when a doctor says Prozac is the "most anorexic" antidepressant, that means it causes the most loss of appetite, not that it causes…
  • Thanks everyone! I didn't even consider replacing the batteries. I'll give that a shot and if it doesn't work, then maybe I'll buy one of the ones you recommended!
