I'm a parent without kids. They've grown up and became adults. Not having kids allows tons of free time that parents with kids don't have.

Have you tried the T.O.P.S. Club? It's a weight loss support group. You weigh in once a week. Say how much you lost or gained, and talk about weight loss for a bit. They are literally everywhere. Go to www.TOPS.org to find some near you. First meeting at any of them is free. Then it's $34 a year

? Idk, never used either. Can you make a room, name it, and have any number of people join it. Assign admins with the control to silence a person or remove them from your room if unruly? Can people get in line for the Mic so no one is stepping in each other? They also allow web cams or phone cams so you can see the people…

The pancreas digests protein... That is its food. That's what the Pancreas runs on. Without enough protein it becomes sluggish and inaccurate.

They are actually the ones at the top. I didn't notice that they weren't new. I was a natural hypoglycemic as a child. Can't tell you how many times I passed out needing glucose. I went through a lot of therapy at U of M hospital. I was given a lot of information about, well, how to not pass out. And this was explained to…

Weight loss is a simple equation. You must burn more calories than you eat. Also, weight loss is 80% what you eat, and only 20% what you do. I would suggest looking at your goal and food intake. Are you really counting everything? Including things like ketchup, or that 1 little tablespoon of peanut butter that you may not…

Zig zagging beats plateaus. Instead of 1400 calories a day, do 1200 one day, 1600 the next. Or go extreme 1000 one day, 1800 the next. Exercising too. If you exercise your legs, stop and exercise your arms instead. If you find exercise boring, go play a couple games of laser tag or volley ball. Your body wants to conserve…

Protein. Trust me, try it. When you crave sweets, have protein instead. A couple boiled eggs, some milk, a chicken patty. Drink 16 ounces of water with it. Then wait 10 minute and you'll see it's become controllable. When our pancreas needs protein, the signals it sends are accidentally interpreted as needing sugar.

I use it on the bathroom because I weigh myself in the morning, after the toilet and shower, naked. Why would I want to run out to the kitchen naked, weigh myself, then run back to the bathroom to get dressed? That's silly.

Anyone interested in making a voice chat room for us? Take a look at my post about it.

I've been on paltalk for years. Never had any problems. What kind of misinformation? I'm sure it's no more than here.

I made a post about a voice chat room. Let me know if you would be interested. If there's enough interest I'll do it.

Yes! And I found a solution. First drink 16 ounces of water. Then get some old fashioned oats. Not Quick Oats. Old fashioned oats take longer to break down, keeping you full longer. Buy Nestle Nido Kinder powdered milk. It's not formula, it's just milk with a lot of extra vitamins for babies. It's slightly sweet, and is…

There are ways to make food satisfying. First, cut out artificial sweeteners. They increase your appetite. I also can't sleep when hungry. I found a cure. 2/3 cup of plain oatmeal (200), 1 scoop of Nido powdered milk (60) 1.5 cups of water. Salt to taste. Eat it runny. I save 260 c for bedtime just because of the hunger.…

Also, women are going to retain water before her cycle. But, it's like water in your stomach. If you drink a pound of water, then step on the scale, you will be a pound heavier. But, you've gained no actual fat. As soon as you empty your bladder, you'll be a pound lighter again. It has no staying power and no work to…

You aren't factoring in metabolism. You have to zig zag. To confuse your body. See, you may not notice it, but when you eat X amount of calories a day, your body adjusts your metabolism. When you also do x ambling of exercise, your body adjusts more. You may not notice it, but you sit a little longer, move a little slower,…
