Thank you! Lots of reading and so many different links, MFP seems to think I should be eating 1200 calories a day. That just doesn't seem realistic to me. My estimated BMR is 1437, however my garmin connect estimates in any given day I will go through 1600 without exercise. Will 1200 or 1400 a day + exercise damage muscle…

I are three giant triple chocolate cookies approx 400 call each on Friday and and a box of chocolates the day after. Yesterday I pigged out on pic'n'mix. Today, I am going to the pool in a bikini. Really hoping my tummy doesn't tell my secrets... The inner piglet ran wild for a few days.. Oops.

If you don't mind drinking chemicals then it's fine for you, anything that can be used to as a household cleaning product in my eyes, is never a good move.
