Montreal, it's 12, feels like 3 right now (F). Took a long walk in spite of the bitter cold (should have worn gloves) and managed not to slip on the snow covered ice! So... a good day!

My goto on the road is heading into Starbucks for Oatmeal (though I generally don't use the toppings) and a banana. I like that option because it is filling and there is always a Starbucks nearby!
