Great work everyone! I’m doing LIIFT 4 right now, starting week 3 tomorrow, and am doing yoga on the “off” days. Most recently I finished 80 Day Obsession and am thinking about doing T20 next.

My chronic pain is a torn rotator cuff and I do at home workouts from Beach Body. I printed out a spreadsheet with each pound I want to lose in one square so that I could cross the pounds off as I lose them. I found it really motivating to see the big X’s across the numbers.
