Struggling need all the motivation and support I can get

I’ve been on a struggling streak and I need to snap that now before anything serious happens. I’m wanting to lose around 45 pounds and I know I can do this just need to stay away from sweets and soda I’m going to start tomorrow and see what happens. Please feel free to add me as a friend I really need this right now.

I’m counting calories and I’m ravenous. I need strength. I just drank some sparkling water with frozen blueberry “boba”. It helped a little.0

Don’t start tomorrow— start today!! You can do it!! It will be tough in the beginning but it does get easier. I lost 60 pounds 5 years ago and it was SO hard to get started... don’t wait another minute- youv’e got this!2
