Hmmmm kind of helped lol thanks guys I'm going to the dr next week I'll ask and see what she says. I am not getting all of my vitamins in my diet so figured I should sub.

I make a bunch of chicken breast on Sunday, then if Tuesday Hubby and the kids are eating bacon cheese burgers, I just grab one of the chicken breasts for me, or if I'm picking up pizza because I got out of work late, I dice a chickne breast into my salad and skip the pizza. Most days we all eat the same thing but that way…

I eat Fruit apple slices and raisins are my favorites right now. Also string cheese ( I don't eat more than one of these a day, because I could eat a wheel of cheese by myself lol)

Me too, feel free to add me fellow posters....I have got to get a handle on this! I am 35 mother of 2 and would like to say its baby weight.....but she is now 10 years old! Heaviest I have ever been and miserable! HT 5'1" HW 190.2 CW 189 GW 120ish
