I'm in! I just started Monday started at 184 down to 182 so far this week goal weight of 175 by the end of June and total goal of 135, no processed carbs for me, trying to eat all my carbs with fruits and veggies :smile:

are you staying at hotels? Most of them have gyms, maybe limit yourself to one cheat meal a day? Even on vacations there should be some healthy options and watch your portions :) Good luck

I use plain greek yogurt, I sometimes add the a little bit of dry ranch dressing packet to that to add more flavor

Believe it or not I don't have a computer, just a tablet and a smartphone, I heard with the Polar Watch you have to have a computer to download the info, do you know if that is true?

2 things, one my company gives us "health bucks" to offset our portion of our insurance, however to receive them you have to use Humana Vitality, to get "health Points" on there you have to have a device track your work outs or go to a gym. so that is number one, number 2 I have no idea how many calories I burn doing…

Also portion everything out ( chips, fruit, nuts) that way you know each bag has X calories, and you can be aware of what your eating instead of just grazing. I do this at work, I have snack box raisins, dried fruit, nuts, all portioned and then if I get hungry I just grab a baggie and I can eat with out having to…

Do you have a place to plug in a crock pot? I had a friend that would throw stuff in there and it would be ready when he stopped.

You know your in trouble when you go to your Itallian In-laws house and there is not one veggie on the table, just pastas ( yes multiple types) Meatballs,bread, and oh I won't even mention the deserts! Up 2lbs , time to fix this :)

Do you have a smartphone? You download the Pacer app then go into MFP and give it access I'll have to go see where you add it lol it's been awhile

Ok thanks! I also thought about pauseing pacer when I use run keeper, still not sure why run keeper is adding in twice!
