Low Carb recipe ideas??
Hi I am trying to do low carb (no processed carbs) and boy am I a carb eater....wondering what you do instead of bread, rice, pasta and white potatoes??? I do not like squash or zucchini or fish...I am tired of the chicken with salsa in the crock pot.....I really miss sandwiches....any ideas guys?

How do you find out about Marathons, or Races in your area?
Hi! I have just recently started walking 3-4 miles a day thinking about trying my first marathon just to have a goal to work to, but how do you find out about races or marathons or something like that in your area? Do you have to pay to participate in all of them? Any advice? Thank you in advance!

Is MFP doubling my activity ? Help
ok I have pacer to count my steps for the day, but when I walk/jog I use run keeper for some reason when I look at my activity it double logs my run keeper 3 or 4 miles and gives me full credit for pacer, I go back on and drop one run keeper to 1 minute but should I not have both linked I am sure it's giving me way to many…
