I'm playing squash at a reasonable good level and lifting a kettlebell at home as I don't have time for the gym at the moment. I'll also run 3-5 miles once a week but that's not routine.

Hey Rabbit, I'm on a low carb moderate protein diet. I play squash/racketball twice a week. I'm not currently at a gym but lift a 16kg kettlebell at home and do some core floor exercises. Would you recommend heavy lifting?
