I had my consult yesterday, April 8, and have scheduled a pre-op appointment for Nov.10. I am hoping that by than I will be down to 150 lbs or less. Currently doing cardio and using dumbbells to tone up.

In Sept. 2007 I was told I weighed 265 lbs and I literally cried. Then I started having pain in my knees which turned out to be arthritis. In 2012 - 2013 I did physical therapy to help get my arthritis pain under control...I was really being taught how to exercise inorder to build up my leg muscles. So far I have lost 85…

I started doing this workout too. I use circuit training, general for Start it up! And circuit training, resistance for Ramp it up! How did you like the workout?
