Like I’m now 6months into lifting. I did drop some weight when I was closely tracking but then I gained a little of it back

I used to ONLY care about the number on the scale. I was in a bad place with it. But now I feel better about myself cause I know that I look better in my eyes. But yes I would ideally love to drop in weight.

Hahah easier said than done. But I’ll definitely give it a try. I get really tired easily so sprints are easier since I get a little bit of a rest in between.

I seem to like doing my cardio before. I’ve tried listening to the comments on this board and I felt better when I did cardio before! But i guess it’s more personal preference

When you say progressing, does that mean like lifting heavier weights than what I started with in May? In some areas yes, like legs, back muscles yes. My shoulders/chest/triceps not so much.

I totally get where you’re coming from, but when is the right time to change up my workout? I’ve heard that if you do the same routine for too long you won’t get the same results? Is that true?

Thank you for this! I always hated cardio so it was hard for me to do more than just 10min. But I guess I just have find a machine I like and stick with it

I’ve been lifting since May, I’ve noticed incredible improvements on my body. But now I need to really focus on my diet and really counting for the summer. Thank you for your advice, I’ll look into your style of lifting
