Thank yall for all your feedback! I was so sick of hearing how not eatimg breakfast was bad for me because I never saw the point in it if I wasn't hungry! :smile:

It's crazy because IF I do eat breakfast I am hungry again by 11 or 12 & then if I don't I'm not hungry at all till 1 or 2. So I'll just stick with what I'm doing because I do think if I ate breakfast I'd be more hungry ealier which would cause me to eat more

It doesn't make me make bad food choices for lunch, dinner, snacks. I just don't see the point in eating it if I'm not hungry...lol But I was just wondering because I've had many people say oh you NEED to always eat breakfast, it's the most important meal, Blah blah blah....lol

Thanks! And as far as zumba, I loved it but had to just walk in place for or do another move for certain moves because I had the same problem, it would kill my knee.

Something that works the body like jumping jacks but easier on the knees. Every time I try to do jumping jacks, I get to around 20-30 & it feels like my knee is literally going to break in half..... :/

Can't figure out how to reply back on the same comment? Anyways, thanks PikaKnight for letting me know. I was just going by the label cause even cilantro says 1 calorie instead of 0. So I figured they'd put it on the pickles if it did have some. But makes since that every food has atleast some calories. We can't always…
