I do not usually eat anything until 1 or 2 in the afternoon. Is this a bad thing? I just don't get hungry til then, but people always say not eating breakfast isn't good to do. What's your opinion?
I totally ripped my acl to pieces years ago, had surgery to replace it but it still hasn't been the same ever since. I'd like to know if there's any cardio exercises out there that work most of the body that are easy on the knees...Thanks!
