I used to eat waaay too much fast food, but I quit after starting this.....and I ate some yesterday & it seriously made me sick! So your bidy will get used to it & you will start nit wanting the high calorie "food"

I'm a mommy too! :) you can do it!!! It's really not that hard after the 1st week & you get into the habit of not eating foods that are high in calories.
