I did this a few weeks ago as I was struggling to drop below the stone mark. I am 5"5 and 140lb and I lost 4lb. It did stay off though. I think it's ok to get into a dress at the weekend. I'd do it again. It definitely helped kick start my diet again x

Does your gym offer free assessments or programmes. Mine offers you an hour and half with an instructor where they can advise you on certain exercises and equipment to help you achieve your goals. Also try some classes. I know it's difficult finding the confidence but once you get into it you'll find people who are the…
