A friend of mine uses it and said that she gets like 2000 calories with the program. I'm afraid of having that many when I've been eating only 1200 with mfp.

I definitely can spare 15 minutes. I am just not the morning person. I don't really want to have to MAKE something when I first wake up before work. I like to be able to grab something lol. I do keep hard boiled eggs in the fridge at all times for days that I do wake up hungry, but I feel like I end up hungrier an hour…

The carb thing is for my husbands benefit. He is diabetic and a lot of carbs spike his blood sugar. :( I really do like what you said though. I think of dieting and "only eat salads and white meat and don't eat anything bad ever or else you fail!" I think I need to get myself out of that mindset.

I log everything except the one flavor packet a day that I allow myself for my water. I get so bored of water so I let myself put a flavor packet in once a day.
