Breakfast Time

I rarely eat breakfast. If I do (did) it was something unhealthy from a drive through. I know that it is better for you to eat breakfast in the mornings, so I would like to try to start eating breakfast every morning. I however am not willing to get up earlier to do so. I am looking for good, nutritious, healthy, relatively low calorie, breakfast, protein, or meal replacement bars. I was wondering if anyone had suggestions on what type of bars I could eat, or even something that I can grab and eat for breakfast in the mornings. I would like suggestions of ones that are good but I would also like to know if anyone has tried any and really hated them. Thanks guys!!!!!! :)

My usual breakfast is 8 oz of low sodium V8 juice and Dannon light Greek yogurt and/or a hard boiled egg made the night before. Faster than going through a drive-through!

I can't imagine you don't have 15 minutes for breakfast. Some quick options would be a peanut butter and banana on a while wheat tortilla, couple of hard boiled eggs, or a quest bar (smores, chocolate chip cookie dough, or cookies and cream) heated for 8 seconds in the microwave.

    All good options

It makes no difference if you eat in the morning. I wake at 3:00 a.m. Hit the gym at 5 and usually at 10-10:30 grab some yogurt with fruit and nuts. I actually find that if I eat earlier I'm hungrier throughout the day.

I definitely can spare 15 minutes. I am just not the morning person. I don't really want to have to MAKE something when I first wake up before work. I like to be able to grab something lol. I do keep hard boiled eggs in the fridge at all times for days that I do wake up hungry, but I feel like I end up hungrier an hour after I eat one or two than if I would just wait for lunch.

I don't want to cook in the morning even if I have all the time in the world. I usually just eat greek yogurt, cereal, fruit, granola bars, a sandwich or leftovers.
