I do not weigh most single serving foods (like a protein bar, for example). I do however weigh anything else. For example, a freezer entree from Trader Joes that I eat often claims to have 2.5 servings but really has 2.7. The pita bread that I buy is actually 1.1-1.2 servings per pita, not 1 serving.

Don't look at curvy fit shorts/pants. Those are for pear shapes who have a bigger bum and thighs but thinner waist. So they are the opposite of what you need.

You may be wrong about your start weight - it sounds like you didn't actually weigh yourself on Jan 1 so you may have been more than 65. It's so funny to see how many people struggle to lose "the last 5 pounds" but then it seems that many people lose 5 pounds beyond the last 5 lbs. Bodies are weird!

You could also log breastfeeding as cardio for 500 calories.

You can manually set your calorie target. When you adjust your goals, you will see this option.

This is so true!! If I have a busy day at work and don't get to get my steps in, I almost always putter around the house cleaning and moving stuff around to get some steps!! However...making a healthy meal from scratch is much messier than burger and fries takeout so my kitchen is generally much messier now!!!

Wow!! Bye bye tummy! Are you taking your measurements? That is another way to see that you are making progress even if the scale is not cooperating. It looks like you have lost at least 2 inches (probably more) in your waist! Keep up the great work! :)
