Hey there, running hurts my shins so I usually do 30 min high resistance on the elliptical and high resistance 30 minutes on the exercise bike, then a really good long stretch afterwards and some abs. That is currently it, which is why I want to change it up. Get into yoga or weight lifting, maybe even both, but baby steps…

Goal weight is about between 140-150. It really is going to depend on how it looks as I get closer, how much muscle, body fat ect. I think 150 with muscle is a good goal for me

I have really been working on that! I try to just chose one main carb a day, either Brown rice or a sweet potato. I seem to get a decent amount from my fruit too though. Always a work in progress. Thanks for the advice! :)

I have been focusing mostly on my eating and keeping my macros in check. I try to eat about 50% carbs 40% protein and only about 10% fat. I am planning on starting the couch to 5k soon though! :)

I always use a food scale.. Weekends are my splotchy moments. Saturday and thursday were the only days I did not log all of my food. I do have a bad habit of not logging my cheat meals I don't eat a lot because I sit at a desk all day long. I am going to be increasing it soon though because I am starting a couch to 5k…

haha, I definitely have a calorie deficit and I eat relatively "clean" to. I stay away from processed crap for the most part. I just feel like my metabolism has slowed way down.

That's true. I just had so much success with oxy elite pro. :( Then got pregnant and put on a ton of weight and its coming off extremely slow now so I was hoping for a little boost.

I am 5'7 and started at 214.5 so I am up there. I was just expecting to lose it a little quicker at the beginning. And yes I do use a food scale and I always measure everything out. I just reset diary to public

Yeah, TOM has come to visit this week :( Typically my sodium is a little higher but never over my allotted amount. I tend to like salty foods when eating healthier.
