Halfway there! 50 pounds gone!
Here is my first set of before and afters. I am 5'7. I weighed 242 in my before and am at 192 in my after. I have another 50 pounds to go but I'm happy to say I'm halfway there!

Good morning MFP'ers! Do any of you have any thermogenic/appetite suppressant suggestions? I used to take the original oxy elite pro formula and loved it but they have changed it.
