I am at goal and working on muscles as well. I am 5'2" and 58 Years old. I am on HRT which helps some I think. I have in past journaled for 4 years on weight watchers. Now I am working to keep my carbs low because of cholesterol problems. I have a few drinks per day as well which helps things.

Littletanlady my 2nd baby baby came on August 11th he is nearly 28 now. I am 105 and 5'2" and 58. I have very small hip stucture and no butt. You can do it. It is hard work. But worth doing. I see my own kids heavier than me which makes me sad. I taught the healthy eating to them from the start.

I think I might be at the 25 to 30 percent if I go by these pictures. I weigh 107 pounds and 5"2". My BMI is 19. I have very slight buns, hips and legs. My weight goes straight to my belly and arms.

If you buy a pie cut it in to pieces and freeze individually. Measure things in zip locks a head so you know the calories. Mark on the pie how many calories it has in it. Keeping it frozen keeps it at bay a bit.

Do what Eva said. Bodies go in to starvation mode and conserve which makes you unable to lose.

I am a fit bit user. I am mostly using it to figure out if I am eating above or below my maintance. I need to sign back up to the gym. I generally go every week day. However when the year is out I sit out for a few months.
