Naughty day?
after working on my Xmas weight for 4 weeks I went to a party and ate 3,000 over what I generally eat on my diet. I had been going 300 to 500 under maintance except on weekends when I have been staying right on goal. 3 days later I am 2 to 3 lb down. What gives?

Kinda easier
i did weight watchers where you find foods that are very high in fiber and wasn't hungry. You have to remember to wait 30 min after you eat to make the hunger subside. The other way is cut the carbs to almost nothing. Sugar calls for more sugar because it causes blood sugar to dip very low. Then you need another sugar fix.

Last 4 Xmas pounds
