Thanks everyone. I will try more pulldowns :) everything is going so well: from front squats to clean and jerk... I just need to concentrate on the fact that my form is good. And let go a little. That's a lesson for me anyways. Thanks again.

Exactly bbell! Could not express well in English! I think I resent mainly the tone, the way it seems so cool to always want to compete with me ( which is so stupid!) . I am vegan: for me it works as an athlete. But I don't preach it to anyone. Mainly because I do not care whatsoever what people eat as long as they eat right. Mcdonald french fries are vegan. So there you go: crap is crap.

I only wear a belt at 80% rep and above. Coach always says eyes down : squat, up for deads and cleans. For snatches? Straight forward. So many schools of thinking...

Do you follow a meal plan or just guessing day to day? I am used to a consistent meal plan and meal prep.

But let's also add that what is over training for one person can be a warm up for the next one... Depends on so many factors and sport exoeriences that it has to be based on individual issues. That's when a good coach or trainer will look at an athlete and say " let's deload a little"....☺️

Mine increases everytime I lose weight, because I am on maintenance/ very active. So minimum 2500 cals a day.... And gives me a reading - and + which is what I want so I know when I am using the cals from training... Or maybe I misunderstood your issue..☺️
