you need to diet then and make sure u are under your calorie goals for the day and as soon as you are able to do some light walking to see some results!

wow thanks a lot your advice is really valued bruh! i usually do a cheat meal on fridays but i never go over my calorie goal, trying to lose 25-30 on the next two months of insanity i hope i pull through and thanks again.

im trying to eliminate the idea of a cheat day, but not cheat meals and i still try to not let them go over my macros, yesterday was a bit eccentric though. gonna try my best to stick with my diet and squeeze in a cheat meal every once or twice a week as to help not give up.

i added salt but i dont understand what u mean by browning? and yes im used to eating the most processed foods.

as in... maybe its the brand of brown rice im using.... it has a particularly bad taste or if they all have that taste

i feel so awful i havent drank soda or juice in like 3 weeks, only water and it is pretty hard i wont lie, plan to have a little cheat day on friday though

so ok then the main things i should cut then are fried foods, and sugar and empty carbs and soda and juices?

everything seems so unhealthy though, because im thinking of eating sandwiches but then i hear all this research on how bad bread is. everything seems either expensive or unhealthy

ohh no lol im not a machine i cant burn 1700 calories just so. what happened was i ate like 1200 hundred calories, did some boxing as well as a circuit training session, and im left with that. but it looks like i need to start eating more food then

but with exercise you are going to see some remaining wont you? because my day today says 1700 remaining with the exercise i factor in

well i do eat less than 2000 calories daily, what about when it says i have an x amount of calories remaing

how long did it take you? and what was your diet im six pounds heavier than you and i want to get to 185

my problem i guess galls in white bread lol. i have it every morning sadly, lunch however is a grilled chicken salad, and an apple dinner usually chicken breast and viggies maybe a spoon of rice. im planning to invest in some brown rice however.

mine is kinda funny i guess a lot of people tell me id look good if i exercised, also ive always wanted to lose weight. though i must say dieting is very difficult

oh hey um i do cardio high intensity interval training 20 minutes 4 days a week, go to the gym to do another fat burning work out 2 days a week, i do around 100 push ups daily, try to get in some chair dips as well.
