so far ive lost 37 ponds in total right now im 199, im 6'1, so im tryin to lose 20 more pounds, however my waist still is at 37 inches, mind you down from 40, but i cant help but feel i should atleast be 36'' any advice?

so ive been doing mike changs insane home fat loss and im in my 4th week im planning on starting insanity on sunday, really push myself to lose probably 20-25 pounds then get back to mike changs workout, i was wondering if i can still go to the gym and lift weights three days a week now that i am doing insanity?

so in the past to weeks ive lost about 8 pounds im just getting started so i know this is water weight and all, kinda had a big cheat day yesterday sadly but getting back to the grind today i just wanna really know what the steady weight loss per week will be like after the first month or the water weight phase ?

just getting started about 8 days now this is really difficult however since i cant shake white bread from my diet. i usually have a decent 900 remaining however i hope thats good enough for now. im jamaican btw!!
