how effective are high intensity interval workouts? and also how long before i see any results, in 1 and a half weeks in.

HIIT can be very effective. Make sure you're monitoring your heart rate.

Depends on your goals. Can be very effective for some things, not very effective for others.
Generally speaking in this forum, it's a very good thing. As for seeing results, that's usually more about diet than it is exercise.0 -
my problem i guess galls in white bread lol. i have it every morning sadly, lunch however is a grilled chicken salad, and an apple dinner usually chicken breast and viggies maybe a spoon of rice. im planning to invest in some brown rice however.0
